The temperature can be optimally adjusted to suit the type of milk used, allowing the appliance to meet the requirements of fresh milk, UHT milk, lactose-free milk or plant-based alternatives. The appliance is intended for integration into a cabinet or counter and must not be operated as a freestanding unit. The open compressor arrangement at the rear requires an adequate supply of fresh air; installation and ventilation must therefore be professionally planned before fitting.
