The mechanical thermostat at the rear allows the internal temperature to be set appropriately for the types of milk used. The two containers and separate hose routing are intended for coffee machines that support two independent milk lines. Milk hose openings on the left and right allow the coffee machine to be positioned on either side of the milk refrigerator.
